Brief on incident:
On the morning of May 25th , 2020 (Memorial Day), my wife and I were awakened by the fire that was consuming our home. We were able to exit with no injuries. We stood in our neighbor's driveway as we witnessed flames as high as 12 feet shooting from the roof. We watched as the fire burned the garage and both vehicles. We stood dazed as a fire truck pulled up. Fortunately, our neighbor called the Fire Department. Our home was burning for quite some time before we were made aware. The fire only consumed 1/3 of our home thanks to the Brave men of the Fire Department but the smoke and heat ruined our entire home including the contents.
Enter Nathan Wall & Cincero:
I met Nathan and his Team through a mutual contact. My initial General Contractor worked with Nathan on several other projects. I was fortunate to meet Nathan and members of his Team while they were working on renovating/restoring our home. My Initial General Contractor was unable to complete the full renovation, so I asked Nathan if he had capacity. Very fortunate for my wife and I, he did. In the wake of such a huge loss and tragedy we were able to have our home completely renovated on schedule and below budget. If any challenges arose, Nathan took full and complete ownership and corrected the issue. It took 7 months to settle with the insurance company and two years from the time of the incident before we were back in our home. We are extremely grateful and appreciative of Nathan Wall & the Cincero Team.
